fringe! how to store it.

fringe! we like it! we love it! especially long fringe. but we know it can get really tangly really fast. it does not look good.

how do we stop it from happening in the first place?

guess what. it's easy!

How to store your fringe

Twist your fringe in order to keep it neat during storage. When you take the fringe out, it may be slightly creased or wonky. Just hang the garment or the trim and spritz with water. It will dry straight.

Storing a fringed garment

gather the detangled fringe together in a column

twist

tie several ribbons around the fringe to keep it together

place your fringe in the center of the garment

fold and store the garment with the fringe inside. it's okay to fold the fringe.

Storing fringe trim:

gather the fringe into a column and twist

keep twisting until the fringe twists into itself.

place the twisted fringe nugget into the box of fringe nuggets.
