Feather Eyelash Tutorial:

What you'll need:

• small, soft feathers (available at any hobby or craft store) 
• Mod-Podge (water based sealer/glue, also available at any hobby or craft store) 
• Eyeliner to blend the feathers with your makeup (Rainy used Mac black eyeliner, purchased at Ulta)
