Fennel
Foeniculum vulgare: digestive, tonic, soothe nervous respiratory disorders (too many cigarettes at the bar?).Time to fumigate that thing, girl! |
Juniper
Juniperus communis: expectorant, digestive, astringent, respiratory ailments, depression, and nervous disorders, de-congestant, detoxifier. Siberian shamans use Juniper smoke to fumigate their tambourines. This may come in handy after a festival.Sage
Salvia officinalis: antiviral, astringent, emmenagogue, anti-depressant, good for mental strain and exhaustion. Dried sage was/is burned by Indians and new-agers everywhere to cleanse spaces and people of negative energy. Cleanse that house! Cleanse that head!Sage |
