We went down to the Rio Grande this past Sunday to do some shots for my shop and O MY GOD we had a great day!
Acacia
is a 19-year old model living in Albuquerque. I know her through her
mom, Megan, a well-known belly dancer/burlesque performer.
The scenery was so beautiful, with all the river reeds and grasses just starting to turn pale green.
The
weather was INSANE. From beautiful blue-fluffy-cloud-sunny-sky to
completely overcast and back again in seconds. Did I mention the
60-mile-per-hour winds? Yes, indeed.
BUT!
In spite of almost freezing to death, Acacia was perfect. Almost every shot was awesome. It was so hard to choose! This girl is an inspiration... the perfect mix of bohemian/high fashion. We will be doing a lot more work together, I hope!
