Are your feet itchy, hot, tired? Here's a great, all-natural soak that you can create at home using just a few ingredients.
Cool water
1/2 cup sea salt
3 drops each Peppermint, Spearmint, and Lemon essential oils
Put all this together in a big bowl. Soak for as long as you like! It's really refreshing. This is also good for athlete's foot, excessive sweating, and fungus! YAY!!!
